Tiny Turnip is a clothing line that cultivates art and clothing with the purpose of being as distinctive as a turnip.  We strive to be different, unusual and remarkable.  Our mission is to offer playful and peculiar designs that becomes as tattered as your child's favorite blanket.   

OUR GUARANTEE

In order to keep our turnip crop fresh we rely on your feedback.  If you receive Tiny Turnip's standard product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll be happy to replace it or refund the full cost of the item.  Sorry, custom artwork and personalized items that have been confirmed through the shopping cart or email may not be returned.  While we do our best to ensure accuracy of all information, we reserve the creative right to make corrections to artwork and designs should an error occur.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Regular ground service on standard items that are available on the shopping cart will be delivered to its destination within 15 - 20 business days.  Personalized and/or custom artwork will be delivered in 20 - 30 business days.   Please allow us time to yield our crop as we hand render and hand craft our exclusive designs.  If you would like to add miracle grow and RUSH your order please review the design, workroom, and shipping express options below.  Excess charges may be applied to Alaska and Hawaii.  Saturday delivery charges will be emailed to you and applied to your order before the order is shipped.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please email us at customerservice@tinyturnip.com concerning all exchanges or returns via UPS, FEDEX or insured parcel post to:  Tiny Turnip Customer Service, PO Box 73126, San Clemente, CA  92673.

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and email address with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.  We will contact you and exchange or refund your items in a timely manner.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT WRAPPING

Help us scatter our Tiny Turnip seeds!  Gift certificates are available in $50.00 and $100.00 amounts with your personal message inside.  We carefully hand finish your gift certificate with tulle, tissue and a personalized Tiny Turnip card.

Our Tiny Turnip Gift Wrapping includes tulle, tissue and a personalized Tiny Turnip card with your message inside.  Add an additional $10.00 surcharge.  Both services are available on the Card Web Page.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
